Return and Refund Policy
We stand behind all Kickback Pants and want to ensure you have the proper Kickback experience. The following lays out our return and refund policy.
Returning Damaged Goods
If you received a damaged or defective pair of Kickback Pants, you are entitled to a 100% refund or exchange of your order. All damaged or defective pairs must be returned to us prior to a replacement being shipped. Once the damaged product has been returned, we will either credit your form of payment for the total amount you paid or send you a replacement pair.
All damaged or defective goods must be returned with 14 days of receiving them.
If your pants don’t fit quite right or you are unhappy with the pair you purchased, you may exchange them for a replacement pair of that style or any other style priced at the same or lower price.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email or phone. The buyer is responsible for return shipping before the replacement is shipped. Package and return your pants. When we receive your original pair, we will mail you the exchange you requested.
Exchanging for a Lower Priced Item
If you exchange your product for a lower priced item, you will receive that item and the difference will be credited to your original form of payment, or you may request a store credit equal to 110% of the difference.
If you are unsatisfied with your pants, you are entitled to a 100% refund within 21 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses for refunds. Please mail your pants to:

Once your returned item(s) have been received within 21 days of their delivery to you, we will credit your original form of payment. You may alternatively request a store credit worth 110% of the original purchase price by contacting us by phone or email.
